This is with reference to our earlier communication regarding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and outcome of voting results. Please note that, we are submitting revised outcome of voting results as in earlier submission there was some typographical mistake. So to correct that mistake we hereby enclosing correct revised outcome of voting results of 36th Annual General meeting.Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the revised Outcome of Voting held through Remote E-Voting and voting through the Ballot Paper at the 36TH AGM of the Company.
